Our Terms and Conditions specify the terms of your agreement with 'are you being served', the use of our website, www.areyoubeingserved.me.uk and all orders that you may make with us via the website or through other methods. Please read these carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities within the law. By ordering via our website you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. This will not affect your statutory rights, our Terms and Conditions are dated from 01.08.08.

Ordering - you must be a private customer and be aged over 18 years to make a purchase. This agreement is personal to you and is not capable of being assigned or transferred to a third party. You must place an order via our online ordering system a minimum of 14 days prior to delivery. Transactions involving alcohol must take place during normal licensed hours. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an email, or by telephone. On clearance of funds of order, the contract is made and we will supply the goods in accordance with our terms and conditions.

When we accept an order we will do our very best to fulfil that order, subject to the availability of produce. If however, a certain item is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will provide an alternative.

The size and weight of all products are that indicated by each individual supplier. Whilst we take care in all that is prepared on our website orders will only be acceptable if there are no errors in prices or descriptions as advertised on our website. All quoted prices on our website will be inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Payment must be made on the day of order. Debit and credit cards will be accepted as those listed on our website.

Delivery - the law places restrictions on transactions involving alcohol which must be delivered during our licensed hours.

Delivery for all Isle of Wight purchases is free of charge. Mainland UK orders may be subject to additional charge.
